Hi, 

Im having problems with the Ionic with the gps. So i saw that there is an update with a fix for it. But Im not able to update to 27.31.1.29? I see no icon or whatsoever to update. Is that possible? Im having an IPhone 6s with the latest iOS, the latest fitbit app.

The ionic update is being slowly rolled out to people and it may take a couple of weeks to reach everyone. There's nothing we can do to force it, we just have to wait for it to arrive. When it does you'll get a message in the app.
