I am getting the message, "Make sure your phone is nearby and Bluetooth is on" when I try to reply or mark as Read. 

 

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and I restarted my phone and restarted Bluetooth and no change.

It is syncing, it has my steps and captured my sleep.  But sometime in the last couple of days it started to fail on messages.

OK nevermind, had to reset the Ionic and it now started working.
