Errors on my 2 day old Ionic

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The first day I got my ionic I wore it to bed . In the morning I had an error message on the clock and had to connect to my apple phone to clear it.

I set the watch up using my iPhone but also have the app on my iPad , however it will not connect to my iPad and has lost my wifi and will not reconnect.

The display doesn't always come on when I look at it ( this happens mainly at night when I wake up).

Does anyone else have these problems?

Thank you

@MadBiker Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for taking the time to share what you experienced with your Ionic. I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot this.

If you received a clock error message on your watch, it could be that it wasn't successfully downloaded to your Ionic or maybe there's was an error from the developer. Please let me know the name of the clock face you installed and if this has happened again.

Regarding your Ionic not connecting to your iPad, please try this syncing troubleshooting. Also, double check that your iPad is listed here to confirm it will sync properly.

Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
