My ionic screen failed after 14 months and I assumed it was bad luck 

Quick call to Fitbit and a few days laters a brand new full retail boxed watch arrived.

Fitbit, how is this acceptable customer service. Multiple people are supporting the exact same symptoms within the same time ranges. Some people are getting full Fitbit Replacements While others are being provided small discounts.

 

There is something systematically wrong with a device if everybody is feeling all of a sudden.
