So I got authorization to replace my ionic. What do I need to send back because when my flyer went out I sent the entire contents of the box as instructed and got back a package with the buds, flyer and that was it. No charging cable. Luckily the charging port is the same as most items I have so no big issue. They told me to send back all the stuff that came with it. So if I send the charging cable will I get one back?

Hi @friskybri - In all likelihood, you will receive a new watch with all of the original accessories, however, I'd recommend confirming with customer support.
