Hi my Fitbit was acting up yesterday and today would constantly restart itself and would shut off on its own. Today it just kept turning off so I just kept turning it back on and did a factory reset and after factory resetting the triangle exclamation point mark symbol appeared.

Do a Restart but if that doesn't work, contact Customer Support.
