The exercise app on my ionic no longer works. When I tap on it to open it it shows the logo for a second and then goes back to my menu screen. Is there a way to reset the app to get it working again?

I have the same issue . There have been several posts about this the last few years and the answer is always to do a factory reset . That is not working . Is there a real solution to this common problem ?
