Exercise app - "Lap Every" always defaults to 2 minutes

Hi all,

I remember when I first purchased the Ionic, after I set the Lap settings to the following, the settings will stick:

Lap Type = Minutes

Lap Every = 5 mins

But since quite some time ago (I think the previous firmware update), the Lap Every setting for some reason has a tendency to go back to 2 min, and either I forget to override it before running which makes it vibrate every other minute, or I have to manually set it back to my desired 5 min every time.

Maybe I am missing a step?  I don't really remember how it got it to stay at 5 min but one thing for certain it wasn't doing this before I updated the firmware.

Any help appreciated !  Thanks.

Its a known bug Fitbit is working on fixing. A work around would be to change through the dashboard on a desktop using Fitbit's website. It should stick doing it this way.
Ionic, retired Blaze.

This is a great workaround if true.  Am trying it now.  This has been an annoying bug for me for many months.

It's great to see you on the Community @RunTrails! I hope that the workaround can help you. Rest assure that Fitbit is aware of  it but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products.

At the moment, you will need to change the settings manually.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

@SilviaFitbit Isn't it solved in Fitbit OS 2.2? I think it is for me.
