I just got a new Ionic and seem to be having same trouble I was having with my Charge HR. All notifications work fine, except for call notifications. There is a major lag in time from call till the notification is sent to Fitbit. I am receiving call notifications after hone rings 5-6 times and sometimes even after. The fact that it has happened on 2 different devices and after resets and reboots, leads me to believe that it is a programming issue. Is anything being done to fix this? It appears that there are several posts here asking the same thing for at least a couple years now. Fitbit, please address this soon! We are paying top dollar for devices working sub-par. Thank you.

This sounds pretty weird, let me help you with that. Could you please confirm what mobile device are you syncing with? I recommend checking this article and I also suggest performing the restart.
