I used this site in hopes to find a solution to the error code listed in the subject but found quickly that there wasn’t a clear fix.
I was recieving this error after “entering the wrong PIN 10 times”. Funny thing was I never entered my PIN wrong to begin with but still got the message on my Versa advising to use my phone to unlock. I followed the instructions:
1) Go to Device
2) Select Change PIN
3) Enter new PIN
This did not work. I received the FBBluetootherrordomain 19 instead. So... Here is the fix that worked for me.
1) Restart your Fitbit Versa by holding done the button on the left and the bottom button on the right until the FitBit symbol comes up.
2) Uninstall your FitBit app
3) Reinstall the FitBit app
4) Select your device: Versa
5) Select Change PIN
6) Enter your new PIN
BOOM! My Versa is up and running just as it did the first day I got it! Hope this helps!!
