Failed to sync device error message

I am getting a repeating error message despite no change to my Fitbit or connection methods. 

Any suggestions (I’ve done all basic troubleshooting I know of).

Hey @RicardoFitbit thanks a lot.

 

I’ve since debugged this through tweaking my WiFi settings and resetting my device (iPad Pro 2020).

 

I think anyone else running into this can reset watch, device or WiFi’s settings, in that sequence.

Based on the photo, it has sync'd at some point. May just be an issue with the servers when you tried to manually sync.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the screenshot that was shared in your post. To better assist you and further investigate, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Ionic? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers and just if you haven't already done so, please check: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know if the issue persists.
