Just discovered this myself, so I though I would make sure everyone else knows about it.  You can vote and make suggestions on the features you would like to see on the Ionic.  Go here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/idb-p/features.

 

Filter for the Ionic and see what's been suggested.  If you like it, vote for it!  If you have a suggestion not shown, add it!  If enough people vote for a feature, hopefully Fitbit will make it a priority.
