I am a new user of Fitbit March 2018 on iPhone 8 Plus and ionic watch August 2018.

i that time I have had a number of suggested improvements whiCh I lust below. Some may already be there but I don’t know how to access, use or adjust.

1. When doing the 250 steps an hour on the device let us know how many steps have been taken in that hour.  Both on the ionic device and app.

All items below refer to the app;

  1. Also,the steps per hour should not be just 9am to 5pm it should be adjustable as many people work shifts and sleep though that time. Perhaps it should automatically start an hour after they wake up and continue for 9 hours after that or leave it completely adjustable. This is on the app.
  2. When adding food there should be an tick box option to say it is liquid: like tea, coffee, fruit juice, soup etc. So that it gets added to your  water intake automatically. I have to double enter all liquids. Once for calories and  once for water.
  3. Once you add new food there should be an option to edit it.
  4. It would be have a list of added foods as often can’t find food I have previously added. As some of them may not be on recent.

Cheers

The  250 per hour does show on the Ionic itself as well as the app already. Showing you the steps taken for that hour

Thanks to say the steps are on the ionic. However mine shows the total steps for the day not the current hour. How do I change that?

On the Ionic the entry under today's step that totals is the hours you hit 250 steps. This entry will show how many steps have been taken this hour until the 250 she s have been hit. Users wanted to have the ability to see how many steve@ccmag.com s are left to hit 250.

When 250 steos are hit, this entry switches to the number of hours that hit 250, therefore if the steve@ccmag.com count for this hour is not displayed, 250 steps have all ready been walked .

I wrote a watch face, ILuvChrono, that shows the hourly countdown because I could not find one that had all the things I wanted. Granted this is an approximation, but it does work very well, especially if the watch face is actually available to run on the hour. When the API function to access steps on the hour becomes available, I will update accordingly.
