I have 2 watches, Ionic and Versa2, and both faces fell off. The Ionic I have had for less than 2 years so it's out of warranty, so that's that for a watch that cost $240. The Versa2 was only a few months old when the face fell off so fitbit replaced it. How long before that one falls off? The problem is the faces are only glued in place, and not bezel set. A quality watch always has a bezel set face. This is an extremely poor design for a device that is designed to be worn during sweaty workouts. There are many complaints here about the same issue so it's a common problem that fitbit not only doesn't address in it's design, but will not cover after the 1 year warranty expires. I don't advise anyone to purchase a fitbit watch until they upgrade their design to bezel set the face.
