Giving Fitbit several chances by trying out two Ionic, one Versa 2 and one Versa 3 over a period of 4 years, its about time to leave Fitbit due to lack of support and ability to listen to customers. Most of peoples feedbacks and suggestions has not even been answered, which shows Fitbit's true ignorance. Every test and comparison towards other brands we have done has proved that Fitbit's misleading algorithm on most of the activities shows incredible inaccurate Heartrate sensing and Fitbit does not seem to lift a finger to improve or adjust any of the different and faulty algorithm on most of the exercises.
Fitbit: You have nice looking watches but your heart rate sensors and the algorithm you use in your different exercises is dangerously wrong for those who take their health and exercise seriously. So long Fitbit, until you prove me among others wrong!
