Hi
Previously I had problems accessing to heart beats and steps. I tried all the ways and methods as suggested, but to no avail. When I tried to factory reset the second time, it couldnt work anymore. Sent an email reply to FIBiT but nobody reverted! The problem is that I only used it for slightly over a year (oct 2018)! Please advise
Thanks
