Look in the last place you left it?

 

Unfortunately their is no Find my Watch facility like that offered by 🍎

No but if you have an Android (and if your Ionic is not out of juice) you can try to pinpoint its position using a Bluetooth tracker (look in the Play Store). If you have an iPhone I have no idea.
