Firmware 27.33.1.30: water intake logged from Today app doesn't synchronise with Fitbit app

I welcome all the new features provided by the new firmware and Fitbit OS 3.0. Yet is seems the water intake logged directly from the Today app doesn't synchfonise with the Fitbit app nor with the Dashboard. Is it an error / omission or a feature under development? Will the synchronisation come later? One good thing, thought. Watter is logged with a time stamp in Today app. That is a nice feature that would be good to have also in the Dashboard and the Fitbit Android app.

Fitbit are aware of this bug. Keep an eye on the following thread where they will be making updates on progress:
