Firmware Update broke my Ionic

So I did the firmware update that Fitbit sent.....my watch will not work now.  Just flashes the Fitbit logo.  Watch worked fine before the update.....now what?!?

Worked fine before attempting update.

Fitbit broke it and needs to own up!!

If not, going to Garmin.

It's very similar to what Apple did to older phones....caused their batteries to drain forcing owners to update their phones.  They were caught and sued as a reaultySent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
