Firmware update means my Ionic no longer works!!

I recently uploaded the new firmware and now my Ionic does not register my steps or read my heart rate and the battery crashes from 100% to dead in 4 hours. The update has rendered my Ionic useless. I did a factory reset (twice) and reloaded the update, but still nothing.

 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

 

I am running the fitbit app on iOS

Exactly same problem here! Only about 5 hours from 100'% at that time it is really difficult to get any results.  Mine still tracks steps but with that battery life using it is really hard. I cannot even see my sleep rythm anymore 😕 it is no use.I use Android 8.0.
