Hi,
I have difficulties since 3 days to finish the first set up. Before the end, it stops each time. It drives me crazy. I do it by Bluetooth because I couldn’t do it by wifi. I don’t have my own wifi at home. It’s impossible to finish. Strangely, the synchronization works. On my screen of the fitbit watch, nothing except go on fitbit setup.
I have an iphone 6 plus. I activated the localization and I downloaded the last apple version. I read the manual but just few lines sbout it and not real explanation.

Hi @Flovd - At what point is the setup stopping. It is strange that it is syncing ifbthe set up isn’t complete... what appears on the watch display? As a last resort, is there a WiFi network that you can have access to if need be?

it stopped during the set up every time.
I can connect only to public wifi.

A blue screen appears and it stopped before the screen is totally blue..
