So frustrated...my Fit Bit Ionic has quit working!! I really want to love the Fit Bit product and when it is working...it’s awesome!!
Unfortunately this is my third Fit Bit product in less than five years...I had two Charge 2’s that needed to have the bands replaced twice before the screen cracked on them!! I completely baby my stuff and I am sure it was due to poor design of the charging clip. After that they offered me 40% off the Ionic and I went for it for a different design and more expensive product hoping it would last. It is under 2 years (I have never even wore it in the shower...doing everything to make sure it is ‘safe’) and two days ago it quit working. After reading the forum here I tried cleaning the connectors for charging, charging overnight, resetting, deleting app and reinstalling...nothing works! Not to mention that I had just replaced the band on yet another Fit Bit product just prior to this happening. After more reading on this forum it appears to be another Fit Bit flop...what is the company willing to do? I’m ready to try something else completely...???

my ionic just died last night after attempting a firmware update. It is out of warranty and they will not budge on a replacement but did offer a 25% discount on buying a new one via their web site.
