Fit app won’t let my son set up account

My son is 13 and wants to set up his fit bit iconic. 

The app won’t allow him. 

We tried to go back in and reset the birthdate to another year to bypass the block but it won’t allow us to do so. 

Any hrlp?

Try deleting the app then reinstalling. I seem to recall it remembers birthdays and won’t allow those too young on first attempt to change them after the initial rejection.
