Fit bit ionic won't charge

Hi I have a ionic and has been fine up untill today. I have gone to charge it and it just stays on 0 percent. The light comes on to show it is on charge but nothing happens. I left it on for around 4 hours and it didn't move. I see other people have had same issue. It worn let me even turn it on to factory reset. Any help would be great thanks

There are a few things to try in fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging problems at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190/

 

As it says at the end of that help file, if those steps don't help then it's best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
