Am having problem with my Fitbit ionic. The logo keep coming on and off without progressing. I have done the restart but the problem still exist

Dear,
Thank you. I used the help but it brings me direct to the forum where I wrote my initial message. Please help me sort out this problem or change the fit bit for me. I don’t want to miss out on my daily challenges and goals.
