Hi I recently bought a new iphone XSmax and I cant get my Fitbit iconic to sync of Bluetooth with me Apple device. I did a factory reset and now I cant access anything. Pls kindly help. Thanks

You may need to go into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpair the Ionic from there. Then go back into the fitbit app, tap the account card in the top right corner of the screen and then set up new device. Follow the steps on screen.

I tried this and now the phone cannot locate the ionic at all. Have reset it all, turned the phone off and then back on and retried and retried and retried for the past 5 days.
Anyone have any other solutions I can try? is only 6 months old so am about to take it back if I can not get it working soon.

I'm having the same issue. I got my watch for Christmas and hasn't paired to my phone for 4 days and haven't gotten a reply back from fit bit. The watch works great but the reason I spent the extra money was so I could have a smart watch, not just a tracker

I'd like to mention that the devices on this list have been confirmed as fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.
Our team routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone meets the minimum operating system requirements.

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

I did that and now the fitbit will not even show up on my bluetooth on my phone to sync it

In this case, I'd recommend to restart your Fitbit Ionic and go to the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon. Tap "Set Up a Device" and choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
Please note, that if you're using a device that is not in this list we can't guarantee it will connect flawless. If you or you don't own a compatible device, it would be great if you take a look at the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? for additional troubleshooting steps.
