I got an alert this morning that my FitBit Ionic had a low charge, approximately 26%. I put it on the charger and left it alone after seeing that it had started to charge. I went to check the status about an hour later, and the screen would not turn on when I pressed the back/home button.
I checked to see if the watch was still syncing (all-day sync was turned on), and the last sync was 52 minutes prior to checking the sync status.
Holding the back/home button and bottom right button simultaneously isn't working to restart the watch.
