I got my fitbit ionic as a gift for Christmas in 2017. I never had any issues swimming with it before. After swimming today, it is clear there is some water or condensation behind the screen. I can see the display, but it is behaving oddly and not responding.
For example, to go through my stats which is usually a tap, I have to do a swipe left motion. Swiping left should take me to other menus or options on the watch, but it doesn't. I have it in rice now, but it's clear I won't be able to use this watch in the water as it's advertised to do.
I'm a bit upset as it was working perfectly fine before this.
