Fitbic ionic dead while running

Hello my ionic stop working during running activities

after 5 minutes of running, the watch stops black screen, i was unable to restart it even the hard reset not working 

back home tried to plug it with usb cable nothing appeared on the screen

i tried again the hard reset but nothing happen

any idea

is it dead ?

finally call to support as i ordered directly to fitbit i have a 2 year warranty 

so the ionic will be rma to a new one for free 

If do not order directly to fitbit the warranty is only 1 year

Some countries are covered by a two years warranty and others not. So, I think there is nothing related to buying directly from Fitbit. Are you sure about it?

for France if you buy directly from fitbit you have a two year warranty

for other countries i do not know you have to check sales rules
