Fitbit 3.13 - now the watch has stopped syncing

Have been syncing watch for 6 months without issue, and as soon as 3.13 version was release now watch is not syncing.   Last watch was bricked...

Tried reseting bluetooth, resetting watch, using an iPhone 13.1. Hope this does not result in another bricked watch. 

Only consolation at this point is that the watch is still telling me the time.

Update:- Tried a Watch reset, but did not Vibrate which I guess means it was a soft reset  Phone began to connect to Phone again when going through new device setup (previously could not complete connection)..
