Fitbit App Cannot Connect to Ionic

I was able to set up my Ionic with no issues. But now, about 3 weeks in, I am having trouble connecting the Ionic to my wifi (which is working fine or I wouldn't be making this post!). When I try to connect via the app I get the following: "Can't Find Device/We're Unable to Connect to your Ionic" I get this message whether the Ionic is plugged into the charger or not. I've tried turning the Ionic on and off and re-establishing the Bluetooth connection on my phone. No luck. It syncs fine and the GPS is working. Any ideas?

I am having the same issue.  Has Fitbit provided a response?

Hi, @RandomUser99 and @runner20, I have to admit that I have had no issues at all syncing my Ionic, but I have several other Fitbits and whenever they have sync problems I usually find a quick restart , followed by trying to force a sync, usually solves the problem.

If that doesn't work, toggling BT off and then on again on your phone/tablet/PC can help. If you still have no luck, try logging out and then in again.

If all of those steps fail you could try setting up your tracker as a replacement device.  Don't worry!  This will not delete any data...

If you find one of these steps works for you, please be sure to let us know, because that might halp someone else.
