HI,
I am using the Fitbit app with my Ionic. I am fully able to open the app and sync my watch. (It’s still adding steps and stuff like that). However I can’t do anything except view the dashboard/ landing page of the app. Clicking on the Sleep, Exercise, Water Intake buttons doesn’t do anything. It will not take me to their respective pages.
I have tried closing and reopening the app. Resetting the phone didn’t work either. This issue has been happening all day.
has anyone least had this issue?

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. I'm glad to hear that you're still able to sync your Ionic.
It's pretty weird that your tiles on the app aren't loading. I would like you to let me know if you're still experiencing this with your Fitbit app and tell me the phone model and if you're using Android or iOS.
Also, if you're still experiencing difficulties please attach an image to your next reply.
