Hi, when the update went through, it changed the date format from MM/DD/YY to DD/MM/YY. I understand that most of the world uses the DD/MM/YY but is there a setting the switch from this format to the US used MM/DD/YY? Thank you!
Best AnswerThere are hundreds of clock faces, most of which have their own Settings procedure. See if your clock face has a setting that can do what you want. If you post back, tell us exactly which clock face you are using.
Best AnswerI like 'FlashRing' but I can't find a setting to change that so I chose Stats101. I noticed most of the clock faces have the DD/MM setup. I'll see if I like this one. Thank you

Best AnswerSame thing happened on my watch and I'm using the same clock face... Did you find a solution?
Best AnswerThanks for the reply! I am so sad... I really like this clock face!
Best AnswerHi,
did you check your Country/Region entry in the Fitbit dashboard under your profile settings?

Best AnswerIt is not the FlashRing watch face. I am using FlashRing and it is wrong for me, but it used to be correct.
Mine is currently showing mm/did/yyyy when it should be dd/mm/yyyy for Australia.
The watch face should follow regional settings. Unless the developer has hard coded.
