Please advice, I have just started using Fitbit for few weeks. I am now trying to LOVE it. I am trying to maximize benefit from my IONIC.
This morning while I am in bed, I checked the Fitbit Coach out, by clicking around and DID NOT start any exercise. Ideally I just want to check what in each Coach is. The HR getting higher and higher while it does to later working pose. This is really surprise me as I was lying in bed doing nothing just watch at the watch.
Did I do anything wrong? Or it is really supposed to be this way.
Overall, Fitbit Coach is interesting and is there any more coach can we download?
