OK, I downloaded Fitbit Connect, but when I tried to run it the following happened: first, I was informed that it was an unknown publisher and I should be wary.

 

More problematic is that the setup wizard only gave me one options -- to REMOVE it from my computer. What gives?

Perhaps you have an old version or something.

 

Check this link to remove it.

Also, make sure to download the installer form this link: https://www.fitbit.com/uk/setup
