My Fitbit Iconic started to get lines on the screen. I tried to upload a picture of my screen, but can't seem to get it to work. My Fitbit battery doesn't hold a charge beyond one day. Also, the last time I used it, none of my features beyond the first screen could be accessed. I've tried to reset it a few times. It just keeps getting worse. I'm not sure why. Help!

Best AnswerThat sounds like a mess. Would call Tech Support at the number below to see if the device can be made to work properly or is deemed defective. Many have had their watches replaced under warranty. Mine was replaced after just one week.
You should not have to endure using a device that is defective. Some at Fitbit realize this. While others will have you think this is normal. It is quite commonplace for some users to have been sent multiple replacement watches.
