I have a Fitbit Iconic and a Samsung Galaxy S9. I didn't have any problems with getting them to sync but I don't receive text messages or phone calls on my Fitbit. Any suggestions?

Could you explain this more? Do I go to the notifications on the Fitbit or the phone?

You need to open the Fitbit app and go into the settings for the Ionic (the shortcut is the small picture of the Ionic in the upper right hand side of the screen). Scroll until you see "Notifications", and then enable them.

Make sure you go into notifications and select your "messages" app.
If you are not using the stock SMS app, you need to change to which app you are using.

Go into your FitBit App and click on your little Ionic symbol in the upper left hand corner. Then click on "Notifications", then "App Notifications" and you can select the apps that you'd like to receive notifications for on your Ionic.

Когато някой ми звъни ionic само вибрира но не светка екрана да видя кой звъни
When someone calls me ionic only vibrates but does not light the screen to see who is ringing
