I spent an hour today with tech support tring to get my husband’s Iconic unfrozen. We had already spent the weekend doing everything they told us to do last year when my Versa froze with no success.
Tech finally tried a factory reset and now it is not frozen with the Fitbit logo but totally a black screen. They informed us we could not sent it in for repair but would email us a certificate for 25% off n the Fitbit website. I paid $250 plus tax for a product that I thought would at least last a few years. Since Fitbit doesn’t repair their products does anyone know where I can get it repaired/?
i appreciate any help.

You'd be better off buying something from a more reputable manufacturer. Sorry.
