Fitbit Ionic Adidas didn't finish tracking my ride

I've had the Ionic 2 weeks now...1 bike ride and 1 run recorded no issues.

Today at the end of my ride it was paused as I had stopped riding and was resting to have a drink before ending the ride on the watch. When I went to press the 'finish flag' it wasn't there...the watch had somehow reset itself without allowing me to end the ride.

I got home to sync it hoping it would still pick up the 16km ride but alas...no data apart from being 'active' for 88 min today.

I'm presuming you need to click finish to end...unfortunately I wasn't given the option to do so.

3 hours later it seemed to have sorted itself out and logged the ride 🙂

I have an Ionic but not Adidas, but on multiple occasions it has just stopped tracking the exercise - I look down at the screen mid-way through, and it's back on the clock face.  I have to go in and re-start the exercise tracking.  Very annoying.  Anyone else seeing this?

I just did a 21 mile ride and it looked like it recorded I hit done and now it says 7k steps.  That is so wrong
