Fitbit Ionic Battery Life

I have recently purchased a Fitbit Ionic and the battery will not stay charged for more than 12 hours.

I have let the battery run down as much as it will go and then recharge it to 100%, however it will still not even give me a full 24 hrs running time. Has anyone any ideas as to how I can extend the running time?

Try several restarts in a row. If that doesnt help battery life try a factory reset (settings app on the Ionic and scroll down to About. Ifbthat doesnt do it yoj will need to return it tomwhere uou bought it or contact Support (link in my signature)
