I bought fitbit ionic 2 month ago.It's no problem, But now My fitbit ionic can't recieve phone call ( In the picture ). I am try to fixed by restart my watch, reset factory but it cann't fix this problem.

 

 

How can I fix this?

It might just be a bug,but send it back to the factory just in case it’s something bigger.
