Fitbit Ionic Clasp Fell Off

Fitbit should be ashamed to release a product which is full of software bugs , must have been designed and developed with cheap  low quality engineers. The clasp today fell down from band again today .like before and fitbit is doing business by asking customers to pay for additional clasp or buy new band. Extremely Disappointing..Everyone I  know who bought fitbit product  has similar feeling as me. I have recommended all of my friends colleagues against fitbit products.

Yeah that is pretty poor if they want you to buy another band.  Have heard that some have had success contacting Tech Support -> and getting a new band at no cost sent to them.  Maybe try that and let us know the outcome.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
