Fitbit Ionic Further Research

I was told by Sedgwick that Fitbit was further researching the Fitbit Ionic I sent in because it was 5 or over and it could take over a year before receiving the refund. I asked what exactly they had to research and they said to contact Fitbit, so here I am!
