Fitbit Ionic - GPS stuck on "searching" when using exercise

I tried reset, reinstall, redo everything possible, start, stop , everything...

still get GPS stuck on "searching" when using exercise

I'm not following you.

However try restarting the ionic and shutting down the ionic.

Maybe hold the tracker different.

I tried shutting down and restart, I tried reset to factory setting then redo all the install, I tried leaving it it on a walking exercise to see if it would eventually connect but nothing after more than 30 minutes, still not connecting to GPS. Is there anything else to try?

Hi,

For those having same issue.

I contacted the support, did a full reset and reinstall of the watch and App, tried other things like turn off/on, bluetooth on/off, etc.... At the end... They are sending me a replacement.

If you have that issue, contact support first to try some troubleshooting first but no point waiting for it to work.
