Fitbit Ionic Interval Workouts

I wish there was a way to change the interval timer on the actual Ionic watch and not via computer. For example, the default times set are 30 seconds of movement and 10 seconds of rest. I'm just getting into running so I'm doing a run/walk program and will adjust my run/rest times frequently. This week I'm doing 2 minutes of running and 1 minute walking. The only place I've found to adjust this is in device settings on the computer. Is there a way to do it on the watch and I'm missing it? It's really a hassle to change it on the computer then sync my watch every time I want to change it.

No, unfortunately there isnt. I agree it would be great to be able to adjust it on the actual watch. There is a feature suggestion fpr this already. The more votes it gets the more likely it is to happen. You can vote HERE

Hello,

I am very happy with my previous FitBit products, (Charge HR and Charge 2) so I would like to stay with fitbit. But I am would like an interval training where my watch alerts me when my hart rate is too high, rather than alerts me when my interval time is finished.

Is there such an option in the new ionic watch? I find a lot of commercials about the adidas workouts on the internet, but I find no specific information about what it exactly contains...
