My fitbit ionic has locked and is no longer synced to my device (I deleted my ionic of my fitbit account hoping it would help with the problem) but I think its just further complicated things. I can't sync it to my phone or ipad because its locked and wont let me unlock it to access the code to sync it to my devices, it just keeps saying unlock on phone, but it no longer appears on my phone. I have tried factory re setting it but it just keeps displaying - unlock on phone. Please help...

Since the ionic was removed from your Fitbit account it is going to be hard to unlock it from your device. Their is no account associated with your ionic therefore their is no device to unlock it from.
Have you tried to setup your Ionic through the Fitbit app?

Thank you, after many goes at factory re setting my fitbit (holding all three buttons in and releasing after so many seconds), it finally re set and allowed me to sync it with my device and seems to be working correctly again.
