Fitbit Ionic Misses part of route mapping during a run

My Ionic occasionally, misses the final mile or so of my run from the map. The distance and pace for the complete run appears to be ok.

Any ideas?

It's great to see you around @Pete-Fl. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I would like you to provide me with more details about the data that you're receiving: 

 

- Is your Ionic crashing in the middle of the exercise?

- Is it happening only with run?

 

In the meantime, please restart your Ionic and continue monitoring it.
