So yesterday my Fitbit Ionic, in the middle of my work day, decided to glitch out with the screen looking like:
And it was still functional and syncing but you can barely see anything on the screen and it would eventually fade to black. I tried to contact customer support yesterday, they made me factory reset and now I can't get it working at all now. In the end, they were no help at all since my warranty conveniently expired 3 days ago. I'm very disappointed that it feels like all that money spent went to waste after one year of use (and constant problems throughout). Is there any third party repair I can find or are there steps to go about fixing this issue that anyone is aware of?
