My ionic just started showing all zeros on the display but does show the correct numbers for step / miles / calories / floors / minutes on my Apple iPhone app and in the today history on the Fitbit itself ? Have tried to shut the Fitbit off and restart and have tried to charge for a bit but nothing helps

@rlsionic Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic showing zero data on its display. Thanks for trying those troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out.
Do you see if data is updated on your Fitbit dashboard whenever you sync your watch?
Something else you can try is changing the clock face to another one. That could help you out with this.
If non of that works, please try what @NellyG suggested about performing a factory reset.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

Try several restarts in a row. If that doesnt work shut it down for a couple of hours (in the settings app on the Ionic and scroll down to About). If that doesnt get you some numbers you will need to try a Factory Reset (settings app again, scroll down to About)
Let us know how you go

Same for me, changing clock face resolved the issue. Thanks!

Had that issue few days ago. Like @DudeGoingDeaf said, reinstalling watch face fixed the problem at the time.
