Fitbit Ionic Unresponsive

On Friday night, I plugged my phone into my charger and the battery level was at 86%.  Saturday morning the screen was black and unresponsive.  There are no lights on the back and after leaving it on the charger again over night it is still unresponsive.  I've seen many other Ionic users complaining of the same issue.  Looks like there is a real epidemic for the Ionic.  Please assist.

Hi @RobinLMitchell, welcome to the community.

The only real troubleshooting step left to try would be a hardware restart (press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs, until you see the fitbit logo).

Failing that I believe your only option is to contact customer support to discuss which warranty options may be available to you.

I had the same problem on it about July 6th, 2019. Haven’t had time to contact support directly. Ionic had about 58% battery. Sometime during the day it just went black. Completely non responsive to charging or restarting (holding left and bottom right buttons).
